| SO, a Build-A-Figure for DC Universe. Will it force me to hunt down the full assortment? If I can stop myself from wanting the Metamorpho, I might limit myself to getting only the Red Tornado (or as I always mistakenly call him, the Texas Tornado). But then, I really like the Orion, and at that point I'd like Etrigan as well. So I guess I might as well splurge and get the set. I just really don't like that Penguin, though. It's good for what it is, but it's just not my cup of tea. Maybe if he came with a roided-up penguin or someth-- aha! I'm going to draw that. Buahaha... ::runs off to find a sketchpad:: |

| a different face sculpt would work. Where as blue was more serene, calm, the thinker type. Red was impetuous, bullheaded, and the fighter. So different faces would be cool |

I expected both of them to have the Kal-El head.
The Hasbro Superman Blue and Red had the Hunter/Prey head. |

I'd really only be interested in Superman Red and Blue if they had clear blue and red plastic bodies with white paint apps. Of course, I'll probably eat my words later. It all depends on the rest of the assortment and the BAF.
I swear, I never expected it to be a vicious 3-way fight for my money. First Marvel Toys announces LCBH. Next Hasbro steps it up with their newer Marvel Legends. Then Mattel adopts the BAF format with DC Classics. It's a mad house! A MAD HOUSE!!! |
