sorry nothing newfrom me on the horizon at the moment... i got an idea what bed bug might look like in my head but have not come up with anything solid yet for him....think the Ram Man of bug-shido
there are still a few older characters i may be doing some more revisions too....
but at the moment i have some artwork coming soon......and of coarse royalT will be working on the statue soon =)

well tom has replied to the email... here is what he wrote back
"I'm about ready to start moving on this now that the He-Man.org contest is over. I plan to work on them together and try to make a detailed history of their production from start to finish.
We'll see how it goes, but it starts tomorrow, so stay tuned."
all i can say is thants RoyalT i cannot wait to see how these come out...

Homemade so they're cast in some type of resin I think.
(Sadly, I've never got one of Royal's Stactions before!)
But I think the "Staction" term is used when the piece is designed to be displayed with action figures instead of statues, and doesn't necessarily imply what materials are used.
In the case of Royal's MotU fan created character stuff, they were designed to be displayed with the rest of the 200x/Staction collection.
Essentially, it's an easier/cheaper way to (semi) mass produce a "toy" whereas trying to tool up a unique sculpture of course costs many thousands of dollars.  |

More like a Staction right? It's basically a figure without any articulation. His stuff is plastic isn't it? |

Okay sorry about this question but I'm too lazy to read the entire thing. XP I do know that the rhino beetle one won, but I don't understand exactly if it's a statue being made or a figure? Sorry I just never really noticed this thread but either way nice artwork Gatcha, and whatever it's made into I want it. |
